  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Certain items, including digital products, gift cards, or customized orders, are non-returnable.

To start a return, please visit the support section on SL Rugs or use your order information to submit a return request. Once your request is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  • Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

SL Rugs currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact SL Rugs immediately with photos and order details.
We will provide a replacement item or full refund at no additional cost.
